1 medium-sized cauliflower
6 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
2 eggs
salt
oil for frying
Recipe steps
Clean the cauliflower of leaves, divide it into smaller pieces, and boil it in salted water until it is semi-soft.
Mash the cooked cauliflower with a fork or grate it on a coarse grater. Then add flour and egg yolks, and finally gently fold in the beaten egg whites. Salt to taste if needed.
Fry the patties in heated oil on both sides until golden brown.
