Ingredients (what you need)

1.5 kg potatoes
500 g chicken breasts
2 broccolis (fresh or frozen)
1 spring onion
garlic
oil
blue cheese
1 cup of 30% cream
a little soy sauce
grilling spice
salt
hard cheese (to taste)

Recipe steps

We peel the potatoes, slice them into thin slices, and boil them in salted water for five minutes. Then we drain them.

We cut fresh broccoli into small florets, which we place in boiling salted water and cook for about 3 minutes. (Frozen broccoli is cooked for 5 minutes.)

We cut the chicken breasts into thicker pieces. We place them in a bowl, drizzle with oil, sprinkle with grilling seasoning, and add a bit of soy sauce.

We add the chopped spring onions and garlic to the pan, stir everything, and briefly sauté in heated oil.

First, we grease the baking dish with oil. Then, we gradually layer all the prepared ingredients in the baking dish. We start with the potatoes, which we salt and sprinkle with part of the grated blue cheese. On top of that, we add a layer of pre-cooked broccoli, which we again sprinkle with blue cheese. Finally, we add the chicken mixture. We pour cream over everything.

We place it in a preheated oven at 200 °C and bake for 30–40 minutes. At the end of baking, we can add cheese and let it finish baking.
