Fried asparagus

2 eggs
all-purpose flour
1 slice of lemon

Recipe steps
Peel the asparagus and remove the woody ends.
We boil the asparagus for about 10 minutes in salted water with a piece of lemon and a teaspoon of sugar. Then we drain it and dry it.
Coat the asparagus in flour, then in eggs that we have lightly salted and beaten, and finally in breadcrumbs.
Fry until golden in hot oil.
