Ingredients (what you need)
1 small cauliflower
4-5 potatoes
1 camembert cheese
1 red onion
100 g ham (or English bacon)
150 ml cream 12%
1 egg
a piece of butter
grated cheese for sprinkling
ground cumin
salt
ground pepper
1 pinch of your favorite spice (grilled vegetable seasoning)
Recipe steps
Peel the potatoes and cauliflower and cut them into roughly equal pieces.
Cook both ingredients in salted water for about 7-8 minutes, then drain. Save the broth for soup.
Grease a baking dish with butter and cut the cheese and ham into pieces. Place everything in the baking dish, add the onion cut into strips and the spices. Mix everything well.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the cream and pour the mixture into the baking dish.
Bake uncovered for about 10-15 minutes and at the end sprinkle with cheese. Then bake until golden brown and serve immediately.
