Baked pasta with ham and broccoli

Light meal with ham, broccoli, quality cheese, and favorite pasta.
Ingredients (what you need)
0.1 l semi-skimmed milk
salt
favorite pasta
2 tablespoons oil - rapeseed
0.15 kg quality ham
0.5 kg broccoli
3 pcs eggs
white pepper - ground
0.5 teaspoon dried basil
1 tablespoon spice - for steaks
oil - e.g. rapeseed
0.15 kg quality cheese - hard
1 pc kitchen onion
Recipe steps
Grate the purchased quality cheese (edam cheese will suffice). Blend the onion in a blender. Chop the ham on a cutting board. (or in the blender)
Prepare two pots with a little salt and water.
In one, cook the pasta and in the other, the broccoli.
Pour the cooked pasta into a bowl and drizzle with rapeseed oil.
Pour semi-skimmed milk into a cup and crack in the eggs. Season with pepper. Whisk together.
In a pan, add the onion with a bit of oil. Sauté together with the ham and then transfer to the pot with the broccoli. Add dried basil. Salt to taste. Sprinkle with steak seasoning. Stir.
Preheat the oven. Grease the bottom of a baking dish. Add the pasta and broccoli with ham. Mix and pour over the whisked eggs in milk.
Bake in the oven. After ten minutes, place cheese on top. Once the cheese melts, the dish is ready.
Serve as a light lunch. Enjoy your meal.
