Asparagus salad with eggs

Hard-boiled eggs are peeled and sliced.
Ingredients (what you need)
500 g asparagus
4 pcs eggs
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
100 g mayonnaise
3 tbsp salt
1 pinch ground spicy paprika
2 tbsp parsley
1 pinch sugar
2 tbsp plain yogurt
Recipe steps
We will boil approximately 3 liters of salted water, sweeten it with a pinch of sugar, and once it starts boiling, we add the peeled asparagus cut into short pieces. We let it simmer for 3 minutes and then rinse the asparagus under cold water.
On the side, we prepare the sauce. We mix yogurt with mayonnaise, then stir in paprika, mustard, and chopped parsley.
Finally, we season the sauce with lemon juice and salt to taste.
We mix the asparagus with the chopped eggs, place it on a plate, and pour the prepared sauce over it.
