Avocado guacamole

We peel soft, unblemished avocados, dice them, and using an immersion blender...
Ingredients (what you need)
3 ripe soft avocados
1/2 yellow bell pepper
1/2 orange bell pepper
tomato
smaller red onion
2 tablespoons plain yogurt
2 tablespoons sour cream - fattier
salt
white pepper
clove of garlic
fajitas seasoning
2 drops of lemon juice
Recipe steps
The avocados should be soft and free of spots; otherwise, they may taste bitter and it's better to throw them away. We peel them, cut them into cubes, and use an immersion blender to mix them into a smooth paste without lumps.
Cut the yellow and orange bell peppers, tomato (without seeds and juice), and red onion into small, very fine cubes.
Thoroughly mix the mixture, add sour cream, white yogurt, salt, pepper, and one clove of garlic. Lightly sprinkle with fajita seasoning, which is optional but can enhance the flavor. Then let the mixture chill.
