First, we will prepare the sauce from oil, dried or finely chopped fresh basil, grilling spices, dried garlic, cumin, and salt. We will mix all of this together.

Ingredients (what you need)

2 kg potatoes, with skin
sauce 1/2 packet dried garlic
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 packet dried basil or a handful of fresh
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 packet grill seasoning
100 ml oil

Recipe steps

We wash the potatoes and, without peeling them, cut them into wedges, putting them into a bowl with the prepared sauce, where we mix them well.

We then place the potatoes in a preheated oven at 220°C and stir them several times during baking.

Once baked, we serve the potatoes immediately as a side dish to main courses. They can also be served American-style as an appetizer with some yogurt or cream dip.
