1 baguette or loaf
a spoonful of butter
1 larger onion
500 g mushrooms (champignons)
salt
caraway seeds
grated hard cheese
optional ketchup

Recipe steps

In melted butter, we sauté the onion, add the sliced mushrooms, season and simmer until soft.

On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, we place slices of baguette, add the mushrooms on top, sprinkle with cheese, and bake. We can add ketchup and serve.
