Chinese cabbage with ginger

Cut the Chinese cabbage into strips. Clean the ginger and grate it finely. Blanch the raisins and cut them in half.

Ingredients (what you need)

1 pc Chinese cabbage
dressing 1 tablespoon honey
100 g raisins
1 pc ginger
salt
100 g cashews
50 g pumpkin seeds
1 pc lemon
1 - 2 tablespoons oil
ground black pepper

Recipe steps

We mix oil with ginger, pumpkin seeds, cashews, and raisins. We season with salt and pepper. This creates our dressing.

We then mix it with chopped cabbage and season it with freshly squeezed lemon juice and honey.

We let it marinate and cool in the refrigerator. Then we serve it with potatoes or rice.
