0.5 kg of fresh mushrooms
0.5 kg of pasta
onion to taste
nutmeg
parsley
caraway seeds
ground pepper
salt
3 eggs
butter
oil

Recipe steps
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
Finely chop the onion and sauté it in oil. Add the mushrooms flavored with caraway seeds to the sautéed onion and sauté until soft.
Then mix them with the pasta, season with nutmeg and parsley, and transfer the entire mixture to a greased baking dish.
Finally, pour beaten eggs over the pasta, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and place a piece of butter on top. Then let it bake for about 40 minutes at a temperature of 175 °C.
