Italian tomato soup

First, we crush the garlic and then lightly and briefly sauté it in a pan with olive oil so that it doesn't become bitter. Once we are done, we remove the garlic from the oil.
Ingredients (what you need)
olive oil
1 can tomato paste
0.5 cube vegetable bouillon
1 package mozzarella
1 - 2 cloves garlic
1 can stewed tomatoes
fresh basil
3 pinches oregano
sugar
ground black pepper
Recipe steps
We will chop the prepared squeezed tomatoes and together with their juice, add them to the prepared olive oil. We sauté them together with a bunch of chopped fresh basil, which can also be substituted with dried. We do this for about 15 minutes.
Next, we add tomato puree, broth, oregano, sugar to taste, and season with pepper and salt. If needed, we can add water. We let it simmer for a while.
The soup should be thicker. We serve it with chopped mozzarella and toasted baguette garnished with a basil leaf.
