Recipe steps
First, we cook the pasta. We halve the sausage lengthwise and slice it into thin half-moons. In a pot or saucepan, we heat a few larger drops of oil and fry the sausage. Once you think it is sufficiently browned, remove it, but leave the oil in the pot.
Add finely chopped onion to the pan and sauté it. When you think it is sufficiently sautéed, add the sausage back and pour in half a cup of water along with a bit of cream, so that the ingredients lightly stand out after mixing. Finally, add the crushed garlic.
Add chili and rosemary, drizzle with Worcestershire sauce, and stir in about a handful of grated cheese so that its flavor is noticeable in the sauce, but the sauce does not thicken too much.
