Ingredients (what you need)
300 g chicken breast
1 package pasta (fusilli)
2 pcs green onions with tops
1 pc salad cucumber
1 pc orange bell pepper
1 pc red bell pepper
150 g canned corn
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon curry
2 tablespoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons olive oil
salt
dressing
ground white pepper
2 tablespoons spicy full-fat mustard
300 g sour cream
salt
Recipe steps
Cut the chicken breasts into strips, add cinnamon, curry, starch, and mix. Let it rest for 10 minutes and then fry quickly in oil.
Drain the cooked pasta and rinse it. Clean the vegetables.
In a bowl, add the bell pepper cut into strips, finely chopped onion, sliced cucumber, and drained corn. Mix everything well and add the chicken meat.
Mix the sour cream with mustard and oil. Season with salt and pepper, and add the dressing. Gently mix and let it rest for 10 minutes. Then it can be served.
