Ingredients (what you need)
400 g red lentil pasta
300 g turkey meat (breast)
2 tablespoons butter
1 cream for whipping
3 cloves of garlic
2 handfuls of grated parmesan
1 tablespoon basil
1 tablespoon oregano
salt
pepper
parsley leaves
Recipe steps
First, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package and then drain it.
Cut the meat into small pieces, season with salt and pepper, and add basil and oregano.
Chop the garlic into small pieces.
In a deeper pan, melt the butter and sauté the meat until golden brown. Add the chopped garlic and stir-fry for about a minute. Then pour in the cream and let it simmer for five minutes, then mix in the parmesan and let it melt. Remove from heat, season with parsley, and possibly additional salt and pepper. (Personally, I didn't add any more seasoning, as the cheese is flavorful enough).
Add the pasta to the finished sauce and serve. You can at least garnish it with parsley on the plate.
