Ingredients (what you need)
12 sheets of lasagna
Spinach
1 package of frozen leaf spinach
5 cloves of garlic
salt
3 tablespoons of olive oil
100 ml of water
Béchamel sauce
100 g butter
150 g flour
1 l milk
salt
nutmeg
12 slices of hard cheese
fat for greasing
Recipe steps
Heat the spinach in oil until it melts, then add salt, crushed garlic, and water as needed, and briefly simmer.
In another pot, melt the butter, then add the flour and make a roux. Next, pour in the milk, add salt and seasoning, and constantly stir until the flour is well cooked and the sauce thickens.
Grease a baking dish on all sides and place four sheets of lasagna on the bottom. Sprinkle one third of the spinach and sauce on top. Repeat this process. On top of the last layer of béchamel, place slices of cheese.
Bake for about 45 minutes at a temperature of 170 to 180 degrees Celsius.
