Ravioli filled with beef in cream sauce

We mix the flour with the eggs, a little oil, and a pinch of salt. If necessary, we add water. We knead the dough and let it rest for at least half an hour.
Ingredients (what you need)
For the dough
200 g all-purpose flour
2 eggs
oil
salt
water as needed
Filling
250 g minced beef (fresh)
For the sauce
200 ml thick cream
30 g butter
55 g grated Parmesan + for sprinkling
nutmeg
pepper
Recipe steps
We mix the flour with the eggs, add a little oil and a pinch of salt. If needed, we can add water. We knead the dough, which we then let rest in the fridge for at least half an hour.
We place the meat in a bowl, salt it, and mix thoroughly. We can also add a little grated Parmesan.
We divide the risen dough into four equal pieces and on two of them, we place spoonfuls of filling.
We brush the edges with beaten egg, cover them with the remaining sheets of dough, and press them firmly with our hands, including around the individual piles.
We cut out the formed ravioli (if we don't have a cutter, we can use a glass, for example) and then cook them in salted water for about 10 minutes.
In a pan, we melt butter with cream and heat it for about one minute.
We add the cooked ravioli to the mixture and cook them for 30 seconds. Then we stir in the rest of the cream, pepper, grated nutmeg, and Parmesan. We mix thoroughly, let it simmer briefly, and serve immediately.
