Recipe steps
In 375 ml of lukewarm water, thoroughly mix the yeast and sugar. Let it sit in a warm place for 5 minutes. In a larger bowl, pour in the flour, add the oil, and sprinkle in the salt. Make a well in the center of the mound and pour in the yeast mixture. Knead until you have a smooth and elastic pizza dough.
Cover the pizza dough with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for 45 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Don’t forget to preheat the baking trays.
