Rice noodles with vegetables

Rice noodles with vegetables, without spices and almost without salt, yet still tasty and excellent. Great for a gluten-free diet, but you will definitely enjoy them.
Ingredients (what you need)
1 package of wider rice noodles
1 medium zucchini
2 smaller red bell peppers
1-2 carrots
1 large onion (preferably red)
oil
1 pinch of salt
Recipe steps
We cut the vegetables and place them in heated oil in a wider pot, where we will sauté them for about 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, we prepare salted water for cooking and cook the rice noodles according to the instructions.
When the vegetables are soft, we stir in the noodles and mix well to coat them with oil. If necessary, we add more oil.
