Roasted rabbit with bacon, garlic, and fresh mushrooms

We rinse the rabbit thighs and layer them with bacon. We carefully salt them and place sliced mushrooms at the bottom of the roasting pan along with the other chopped ingredients.

2 pcs of rabbit thighs
200 g of smoked bacon
200 g of fresh porcini mushrooms
salt
caraway seeds
3 cloves of garlic
Recipe steps
Wash the rabbit thighs and stuff them with bacon. Season them with salt and place chopped mushrooms on the bottom of a baking dish along with the remaining diced bacon. Season with caraway seeds and rub the thighs with crushed garlic. Add water so that the mushrooms are submerged.
Place in the oven and bake for about an hour, occasionally basting with the juices. Serve with fries or boiled potatoes.
