We cook whole red currant fruits with stems for 25 minutes. Then we strain them. We measure the juice, add 1 kilogram of granulated sugar for every liter of juice, and continue cooking.

We cook whole red currant berries with stems for 25 minutes.

Then we strain them.

We measure the juice, add 1 kilogram of granulated sugar for every 1 liter, and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.

We add the washed gooseberries and cook them on low heat for 15 minutes.

We fill the bottles, seal them with a lid, turn them upside down, and let them cool. We then store them.
