Ingredients (what you need)

For the syrup
1 l of water
300 g of sugar
Recipe steps
Carefully wash the plums and remove the pits. We can either leave them whole or cut them in half lengthwise.
Arrange the plums in jars tightly next to each other.
Pour water into a container, add sugar, and bring it to a boil.
Fill the jars and then pour over them the slightly cooled syrup. Wipe the rims of the jars thoroughly.
Close the lid and sterilize immediately for 20 minutes at a temperature of 80 °C.
