Garlic pesto

The buds of the garlic hardneck are not as distinctly spicy as its cloves. They can be used to create an easy pesto that enriches dishes with garlic aroma.
Ingredients (what you need)
garlic flower stalks
salt
olive oil
Recipe steps
From the cut garlic stalks, we remove the flowers and cut them into small pieces. In the bowl of an immersion blender, we add a small amount of olive oil, season with salt, and add the chopped stalks.
While blending into a paste, we gradually add both the chopped stalks and oil to achieve the desired consistency.
We divide the paste into small jars and store them in the refrigerator. We can fine-tune the flavors of the paste by adding pepper, for example.
