Ingredients (what you need)
6 onions
1.5 kg zucchini
6 cloves of garlic

Recipe steps
We peel the onion and finely chop it. We peel the garlic cloves and crush them.
We cut the zucchinis in half, remove the seeds, and grind them in a meat grinder. We also clean the green peppers and grind them.
We first immerse the tomatoes in hot water, then immediately cool them, peel them, and finally grind them.
In a pot, we heat the oil and sauté the onion in it. Then we gradually add the zucchini, garlic, and other ingredients.
We mix thoroughly and simmer for about 30 minutes, then fill the jars, seal them, and place them in a pot of water for canning, where we sterilize for 20 minutes.
