1 kg sea buckthorn (fruits)
1 kg sugar
Recipe steps
We wash the sea buckthorn berries, place them in a pot, and cook until soft.
Then strain it through a sieve.
We place it back in the pot, heat it until boiling, and stir in the sugar.
While continuously stirring, we boil for 5 minutes.
We immediately pour it into jars, seal them with lids, and turn them upside down.
