Lard for frying
Finely chopped onion

Recipe steps

In lard, sauté the onion, then add the meat, season with salt and pepper, and briefly fry.

Pour in a little hot water and simmer for 20 minutes.

Then add ketchup to the thickened mixture, which we fill into smaller jars, seal with lids and red rubber bands, and sterilize for 60 minutes at 100 °C.

The next day, we repeat the sterilization.
