150 g carrots
150 g parsley
150 g onion
Brine
1 l water
1/3 l vinegar
60 g sugar
1 teaspoon salt
6 bay leaves
12 whole peppercorns

Recipe steps
Clean mushrooms are cut into larger pieces, boiled in water for 4 minutes, then drained and allowed to drip dry. We then mix them with vegetables cut into strips and pack them into jars.
We prepare a brine, which we boil, then pour over the mushrooms in the jars and seal the jars with lids.
We process for sterilization for 30 minutes at a temperature of 80 °C.
