Quick Mug Bubble Cake

2 eggs

Recipe steps
Preheat the oven to 170 °C.
Into the sifted flour mixed with baking powder, add the eggs, vanilla sugar, milk, oil, and a pinch of salt. Mix everything thoroughly with a whisk until a smooth batter is formed.
Then decide whether to leave the batter light, color it with cocoa, or divide it and combine. For example, we can make a dark batter on the bottom and a light one on top.
Place baking paper on the baking tray and pour the mixture onto it.
On the bottom, place washed and dried pieces of fruit (for example, strawberries, apricots, peaches, cherries, halved plums, etc., both fresh and canned).
Insert into the preheated oven and bake at 170 °C for about 30 minutes, until it turns golden.
We check for doneness by inserting a skewer into the batter; if we pull it out and it is clean, dry, and without any remaining batter, everything is done.
