200 g semi-coarse flour
200 g powdered sugar
200 g grated zucchini
2-3 eggs
0.5 baking powder
1.5-2 dcl milk
6 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons cocoa
Recipe steps
Clean the zucchini of seeds and grate it finely.
Combine all the dry ingredients. Then add the remaining ingredients, except for the cocoa, mix well and divide into a light part and a dark part, to which we add cocoa.
Pour the batter into the prepared form and bake slowly at a temperature of around 160 °C for approximately 45 minutes.
To check how well the dish is baked, use a skewer; it should come out dry when pulled out. Then let it cool, turn it over, and serve.
