Huskies

Recently, we have been baking rolls at home more often. When the aroma of freshly baked rolls or buns fills the kitchen, we don't even remember those rubbery ones from the store.
Ingredients (what you need)
520 ml of milk
50 g of Rama
750 g of all-purpose flour
50 g of soy flour
2.5 teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoon of sugar
30 g of fresh yeast (or 2.5 teaspoons of dry yeast)
Solamyl
poppy seeds (or seeds)
Recipe steps
Put all ingredients into the bread maker in the specified order and start the dough preparation program.
Before the program ends, it is necessary to remove the dough from the bread maker and let it rise in a bowl; otherwise, it will escape.
Knead the dough into rolls and let them rise on a baking sheet. (I use baking paper or Teflon foil underneath.)
Preheat the oven to 220 °C.
Mix lukewarm milk with water and Solamyl. Brush the rolls with this mixture and sprinkle with poppy seeds or other seeds.
Place it in a slightly preheated oven and after about 10 minutes, reduce the temperature and bake until it turns a rosy color.
Additional information about the recipe Huskies
Buns, also known as "dumpling rolls," are traditional Czech pastries made from yeast dough. They are soft, fluffy, and pair wonderfully with various dishes, such as sauces, goulashes, or as a side to meat. Buns are often served fresh and still warm, making them a popular choice for family lunches and holidays. Their aroma and taste remind us of home cooking and the traditions of our grandmothers.
