Ingredients (what you need)
300 g gluten-free flour (for example, rice flour)
1 packet of vanilla pudding
200 g butter
100 g granulated sugar
2 egg yolks
2 pinches of salt
Recipe steps
Let the butter soften and then mix it with the other ingredients, work the dough, and let it rest for at least an hour.
Roll out the dough to approximately 0.5 cm and cut out various shapes. Preheat the oven to 160 °C.
We can create different decorative patterns on the cookies by using, for example, a fork or a piping bag.
Bake for about 10 to 15 minutes until they get a slightly pink color.
Let the cookies cool completely on the baking sheet before removing them.
