Ingredients (what you need)
300 g mushrooms
2 tablespoons butter
oil
1 tablespoon basil olive oil
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 clove garlic
salt
ground pepper
parmesan (or mozzarella, may be omitted)
Recipe steps
In a pan, heat the oil and butter.
Add the cleaned and chopped mushrooms to the mixture and sauté for about 5 minutes. Then, stir in the chopped herbs, balsamic vinegar, crushed garlic, salt, and pepper.
Mix and fry for another approximately 2 minutes.
The cooked mushrooms can be lightly sprinkled with grated Parmesan and drizzled with olive oil, or they can be baked on slices of baguette topped with mozzarella.
