Ingredients (what you need)
250 g rolled oats
100 g ground almonds
85 ml water
60 g almond flakes
60 g sesame seeds
30 g pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground dried ginger

Recipe steps
In a bowl, we will mix oats, ground almonds, almond flakes, and sesame seeds. Coarsely chop the pumpkin seeds and add them to the mixture.
In a small bowl, pour in water, add oil, honey, and spices. Mix everything thoroughly to combine the ingredients. Then pour the mixture into the dry container and mix everything carefully by hand.
Spread the prepared mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place it in the oven preheated to 190 °C.
After 20 minutes, reduce the temperature to 150 °C and bake for another 20-30 minutes, depending on the thickness of the mixture, or until the surface is golden and firm. Then remove it and let it cool.
In an airtight container, place the dried fruit and add the granola broken into small pieces. Then mix everything thoroughly.
