We pour water with bouillon into a pot and add diced potatoes, then we cook. Once the water starts to boil, we stir in beaten eggs and marjoram.

Ingredients (what you need)

Eggs
to taste marjoram
pepper
bouillon cube
1 large potato
1 onion
4 cloves of garlic
2 l of water

Recipe steps

Pour water with bouillon into a pot and add diced potatoes. Cook until the water starts to boil. Then stir in the beaten egg, marjoram, pepper, and garlic. Cook for a little while longer.

Meanwhile, sauté the onion in a pan. Once it is sautéed, add it to the garlic soup. Once the potatoes are soft, we can serve the dish. You can season it to taste if desired.
