Leek soup with potato

Peeled potatoes cut into cubes and cleaned leek sliced into rings. Peel the garlic and crush it.

1 pinch crushed cumin
250 g potatoes
1 pinch ground black pepper
3 pcs leek
2 tablespoons butter
1 cube vegetable bouillon
2 pinches marjoram
3 cloves garlic
1 pinch salt
Recipe steps
In a pot, we melt butter, add leeks, garlic, and lightly sauté them. After a while, we toss in the potatoes. We sauté like this for about 5 minutes.
Then we pour in vegetable broth. We season with pepper, add caraway seeds and marjoram. When the potatoes are soft, we blend them best with an immersion blender. We add salt and pepper to taste.
The soup is ready to serve immediately and can be accompanied by fresh bread.
