Mushroom dumpling soup

We sauté the mushrooms roughly as we do when preparing a scrambled egg dish and let them cool. Then we grind the mushrooms, rolls, bacon, and chicken meat. We add one egg, Solamyl, and spices to taste.
Ingredients (what you need)
For the dumplings
a mixture of chopped mushrooms
2 hard rolls
1 egg
cooked and shredded meat from 2 chicken thighs
4 slices of bacon
1 tablespoon of Solamyl
salt
ground pepper
a little bit of hot paprika
For the soup
chicken broth
1 carrot
2 stalks of celery
1 medium onion
1 clove of garlic
a piece of bacon
1 tablespoon of lard
1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour
salt,
ground pepper
lovage (for garnish)
Recipe steps
Mushrooms are sautéed similarly to how you would for a fried egg dish and left to cool. Then we grind the mushrooms, rolls, bacon, and chicken meat.
We add eggs, Solamyl, and seasoning to taste to the mixture. With hands moist with water, we shape the mixture into dumplings.
In the pot in which we will prepare the soup, we first sauté the diced bacon. Then we add lard and chopped onion, carrot, and celery. We sauté everything together, then add minced garlic, stir, and subsequently sprinkle in 1 tablespoon of plain flour.
We stir for about one minute and then add the broth and let it cook.
We add the dumplings, and as soon as they float to the surface, they are done.
We sprinkle the soup with chopped lovage.
