1 liter of buttermilk or Acida
1 sour cream (optional)
1 liter of water
3 tablespoons of semolina flour
caraway seeds
salt
about 50 grams of butter
Recipe steps
Wash the fresh mushrooms and cut them into smaller pieces.
Add water, salt, cumin, and cook the mushrooms until they are soft.
In a smaller pot, mix the all-purpose flour with buttermilk and sour cream.
Before pouring the mixture into the boiling mushrooms, stir in 2-3 ladles of hot mushroom broth to warm it up a bit.
This prevents the soup from thickening.
Then, slowly pour it into the mushrooms while continuously whisking.
Cook, then remove from heat, add butter, and once it melts, serve. Enjoy your meal!
