1 cauliflower
40 g butter
40 g all-purpose flour
1.5 liters vegetable broth
250 ml milk
nutmeg
Podravka

Recipe steps
In a pan, melt the butter and sauté the flour until golden. Then add the broth to the roux.
Wash the cauliflower well and divide it into smaller pieces. Then add these pieces to the soup and cook until they are soft.
Next, pour in the milk, add Podravka, salt, and a pinch of nutmeg as needed. Briefly simmer all the ingredients together.
When serving, add fresh parsley to the plate.
