Fake fish soup

In butter, we sauté the semolina to create a light roux, which we then pour over with broth. Next, we add the cleaned root vegetables grated coarsely, salt, and cook over low heat.

1/8 l cream (can also be milk)
1 yolk

Recipe steps
In butter and semolina, we prepare a light roux, which we then pour over with broth. Next, we add cleaned and coarsely grated root vegetables, season with salt, and stir occasionally over low heat until the vegetables are soft.
Finally, we add cream mixed with whipped egg yolk to the soup.
We sprinkle the soup with chopped parsley and add croutons.
