1 glass (200 ml) of dry groats
1 cup (250 ml) of stewed mushrooms
1 onion
1 tablespoon of plain flour (just slightly heaped)
50 g of lard
a large clove of garlic
ground pepper
crushed caraway seeds
salt
about 3 l of water or broth
Recipe steps
