Ingredients (what you need)
1 large zucchini
3-4 medium potatoes
3 eggs
3/4 cup of rolled oats
1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
garlic, marjoram, salt, pepper to taste
fat for frying
Recipe steps
Peel the potatoes and grate them finely. Peel the zucchini, remove the seeds, and grate it coarsely. Add the oats, flour, and a teaspoon of salt. Mix everything well and let the mixture rest for at least an hour so that the oats absorb moisture.
Remove the excess liquid from the batter, ideally using a sieve. Then add the egg, pressed garlic, marjoram, and season with salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
Heat the fat in a pan. Using a spoon, scoop out pieces of the batter and place them in the hot fat in the shape of higher patties, similar to meatballs, and slowly fry them on both sides until golden brown.
