Ingredients (what you need)
7 tablespoons olive oil
2 and a half tablespoons tahini sesame paste
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2-3 cloves garlic
200 g chickpeas - dried
coriander or another favorite herb
to taste pepper and salt
a little ground paprika
Recipe steps

And when seasoned well, everyone will enjoy it. Today we will make hummus.
First, buy chickpeas. For those who want to make it easier, you can buy them canned, already prepared. However, we will cook them ourselves today. First, soak them in a large amount of water overnight. The next day, drain the water.
Prepare a pot and add water and chickpeas in a 2:1 ratio. Cook uncovered for about 1-2 hours. Take the time as a guideline.
If foam forms, remove it. After cooking, drain the chickpeas. Set aside a little water in a cup.
Take out your blender and add tahini paste and peeled garlic.
Then add olive oil, lemon juice, and chickpeas. Season with pepper and salt to taste. Now pour in the water from the cup and blend everything.
You can serve it and garnish with coriander or another favorite herb and ground paprika. You will have about 700 g of excellent hummus. So, gather the whole family and enjoy. Bon appétit.
