Ingredients (what you need)
500 g pork shoulder
2 onions
2 sausages
300-400 g smoked bacon
1.20 kg potatoes
1 bell pepper
salt
ground pepper
oil
Recipe steps
We peel the potatoes and slice them. It is not necessary to add salt, as the bacon and other ingredients already contain salt. However, if desired, one can lightly salt and mix them.
We cut the meat into slices, gently pound it, season with salt and pepper. We chop the bacon into small pieces. We cut the sausages lengthwise and then slice them. We slice the onion into rings and clean and cut the bell pepper as well.
We grease the baking dish with oil and place the prepared potatoes in it.
On the potatoes in the baking dish, we add the chopped bacon and then lay the slices of meat on top.
On top of the meat, we place the chopped sausages, bell pepper, and finally both onions.
We pour a little water over everything, cover the baking dish with a lid or aluminum foil.
We place it in a preheated oven and bake at a temperature of approximately 185-190 °C until the meat is tender. However, in the second half of the baking, we uncover the baking dish.
