We cut the tenderloin into larger pieces and place it in a bowl. We salt, pepper, add spices, garlic, and oil. We mix everything well and let it marinate for at least 2 hours.

Recipe steps

Cut the lentils into larger pieces and place them in a bowl. Add salt, pepper, spices, garlic, and oil. Mix everything thoroughly and let it marinate for at least 2 hours.

Peel the onion and cut it into quarters, wash the pepper and cut it into larger pieces, and slice the sausage. Wrap each piece of meat in bacon and then alternately thread everything onto a skewer.

Place in a baking dish, add a little liquid, and bake at 225°C until tender. During baking, baste with the juice.
