4 apples
100 g butter
1 smaller Christmas bread
250 ml whipping cream
250 g cottage cheese
2 eggs
5 tablespoons sugar

We slice the Christmas bread into pieces, and first, we peel the apples and then cut them into thin slices.
We mix the cottage cheese with cream and apples and sweeten to taste. We melt the butter.
We grease a bowl with butter, place the Christmas bread at the bottom, which we drizzle with one-third of the melted butter. Then we spread the cottage cheese mixture and apples on top and sprinkle with cinnamon.
We layer three times, with the last layer being the Christmas bread. We bake in a preheated oven at 170 °C for about 40 minutes. We place a baking dish with water at the bottom of the oven.
