1 tablespoon of dill
1 tablespoon of parsley
1 tablespoon of basil
juice of 1/2 lemon

Recipe steps
We wash and grate the carrots, potatoes, and kohlrabi finely. We chop the bread roll into small cubes. We remove excess moisture from the vegetables and combine them with the pieces of bread roll.
We slice the onion into rings and sauté it in a tablespoon of margarine. Then we mix it with the egg and add it to the vegetables. We season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg, and work the mixture into a dough.
We mix the almonds with the breadcrumbs. From the prepared vegetable mixture, we form 25 patties, which we coat in breadcrumbs and fry over low heat in hot oil for about 8 minutes. We place the finished patties on a paper towel.
We thoroughly rinse the herbs, dry them, chop them finely, and mix them with the remaining ingredients. We transfer to a bowl and serve with the patties.
