Ingredients (what you need)
500 g of pork (I used shoulder)
2-3 onions
100 g of bacon (I used English bacon)
1/4 head of cabbage (smaller)
1 bell pepper (larger)
1 tomato (larger)
200 ml of 30% cream (12% can also be used)
2 tablespoons of sweet paprika
pepper
1-2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour (depending on how thick you want it)
olive oil
salt
Recipe steps
Cut the meat into smaller pieces and salt it, cut the bacon into small pieces, the onion into finer pieces, the pepper and cabbage into thin strips, and the tomato into smaller pieces.
In oil, sauté the bacon and meat on all sides, then add the onion and sauté it as well. Stir in one tablespoon of paprika, let it sauté briefly, and then pour in a small amount of water and let it simmer. After a while, add the chopped vegetables like pepper, cabbage, and tomato, and season with pepper to taste.
When the meat is tender and the vegetables are slightly softened, add to the sauce the cream mixed with beaten flour and another tablespoon of paprika. Mix well, simmer for a while, and optionally season with salt and pepper.
