approximately 5 larger cloves of garlic
salt
ground pepper
crushed caraway seeds
approximately 0.5 l of beer for simmering, to taste light or dark 10°

onions
whole-grain or Dijon mustard...
pickled cucumbers
pickled peppers or goat horns...
bread or rolls
Recipe steps
Cut the pork into cubes, season with salt, pepper, and caraway seeds to taste.
Chop the peeled onions and sauté them in lard until they soften. Then add the prepared meat, which we sauté with the onions, stirring occasionally to brown it. Once the juice has evaporated, add the chopped garlic and let it release its aroma. Herbs can also be added to taste. Next, pour beer over everything and simmer slowly until the meat is completely tender, stirring occasionally and adding liquid as needed. Cook the meat until it begins to break into fibers when stirred.
Once the meat has cooled, shred it using forks or mash it with the dripping. Once it is completely cool, season to your liking with mustard, chopped onion, and possibly add salt and pepper. You can choose regular, red, or spring onion.
Serve the pulled pork with fresh bread or rolls, and you can garnish it with cucumber or chili pepper, and if you like, you can add them to the meat to taste.
Pulled pork can also be made in the oven, where we mix the seasoned meat with onions and garlic, add beer, cover, and bake at around 180 °C until the meat falls apart into fibers.
