Pork roll

We cut the meat into a "Z" shape, roll it out into a layer, and gently pound it. We season it with salt and pepper, spread mustard on it, and place slices of English bacon on top.
Ingredients (what you need)
750 g pork neck
100 g bacon
2 eggs
4 cherry tomatoes
1 red bell pepper
1 can of canned peas
1 handful of mushrooms
mustard
canned chili peppers
salt
pepper
Recipe steps
Cut the meat into a "Z" shape, lay it out on a sheet, and gently pound it. Season with salt and pepper, spread with mustard, and place slices of English bacon on top, which we lightly coat with chili paste.
Then, sprinkle ground paprika over the bacon and cover it with the prepared egg omelet, bell peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms, and canned peas.
We wrap it up and tie it with kitchen twine. Bake covered in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 90 minutes, finally uncovering it and finishing at a higher temperature to achieve the desired color.
