Ingredients (what you need)
1 kg pork chops (sliced)
1 Ostrava sausage
1 large onion
1 clove of garlic
4 large mushrooms
butter
oil
grill spice (with herbs)
2 beef bouillons
plain flour
Recipe steps
We lightly pound the meat and make cuts on the edges. We season with salt and fry on both sides in a pan with oil. Then we remove the meat and transfer it to a baking tray with higher edges.
In the drippings from the meat, we stir in a tablespoon of butter, onion, and mushrooms. We sauté for about 5 minutes. Finally, we add the chopped garlic, briefly sauté, and then transfer everything to the baking tray, placing it on the meat.
To the baking tray, we add sausage sliced into half-moons, crumble both bouillons, and pour in one liter of hot water. We bake in the oven for one hour at a temperature of 200 °C.
15 minutes before the baking is finished, we add 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour. We serve with rice.
